Hi,
we're evaluating okta product for a customer that need to implement MFA on an On-Premises environment (exchange + AD On Prem).
As i could read on the documentation, at least HMA is required in order to use okta, am i correct?
There is a way to achieve MFA on OWA / Outlook client for exchange on prem without any Azure or O365 subscription?

I have done some research on my end, and it seems that you are correct and MA is required in order to use Okta MFA fo exchange + AD On Prem.
In regards to your second inquiry, both Azure and O365 subscriptions would be needed to have MFA on the Outlook client for exchange on prem.

Could you provide a link to documentation on how to integrate on-prem exchange with Okta for MFA? We are in a hybrid deployment and need to do this for on-prem users.
