I got this email and am trying to figure it out. I was never in San Diego. I also did receive a phone call from San Diego but did not answer it since it looked like a spam caller. 858-675-1307

I have done some research in regards to this email and I have managed to find the bellow documentation that explains why this kind of email was sent:
The best approach in this scenario would be to reach out to one of your Okta administrators and have them blacklist the IP address reported in the email, if you know for certain that this is a suspicious attempt.
