Hello, I want to enable sign up self service for my dev server, It says that the self service is an early feature and requires me to ask the okta support group to enable it. Can you tell me how to enable this? I can't see Directory ->Self-Service Registration anywhere.

You can check whether this feature is available for you org (Settings< Features) otherwise to enable self service reg for your org you have to raise a support ticket with Okta.
