SumitK.22814 (Customer) asked a question.

self service registration

i have enabled self service registration and AD for downstream and upstream provisioning in my test environment.

while creating account when user details are submitted i get "internal server error" everytime. however account gets created in AD.

and when i try to use that username /password for login, it won't allow. i have to reset the password through AD and then use the same.

any possible reasons for this. help appreciated.

Thanks in advance

We ran into a similar issue with an Org2Org relationship, creating Okta users upon sign on, and we had to ensure the PW policy in Okta was in relation to the PW policy we have in AD.
