Is there any situation when an Okta Id might change?
We had a problem with a specific user account caused by what apparently was an Okta Id change.
During the sync process at the Login, the apps would send the correct Okta ID but there was no match with the Okta ID stored in our database. We currently don't know how that happened.

was the user deleted and re-created? How do you know which is the correct Okta ID?
I think you need to re-sync the Oka IDs for this user.
