For this though, short answer is no, event hooks have nothing to do with the user logging in through the widget. If you have self-host or customize the Okta hosted widget, you might be able to rig something up using afterRender and triggering it when context.controller is enroll-factors.
However my advice would be to leverage the Okta Developer forums for this type of questions and take advantage of their expertise.
