Hi,
This should be sent to support, but I don't have access because I only have a trial account.
I had a test account that I deleted, and kept on receiving Weekly Digests for Community Central. Not what I expect from an account deletion.
So I created a new account with the same email and made sure to untick all email subs. Still the same thing. I proceeded to report all those emails as spam, but it's the same story every week.
Why can Okta figure how to make SSO more usable, but can't actually make subscription tickboxes work. Very annoying.
How can I stop this spamming?

This happens when you access the Community and when you join the group in the screenshot below. You need to remove yourself from the group:

That was not enabled in my options.
Can you do me a big favor and send my request to the support team? I can't create a ticket. I'm not getting any answers from support@okta.com or community@okta.com. Same thing via Twitter.
I need all my data deleted, can you help me? My objective is to stop receiving email but that seems impossible with Okta in 2022. That's very annoying.
