Okta re-Authentication when opening Outlook App on MacBook
Hi All,
I have 2 employees out of roughly 3000 that are experiencing an strange issue with Outlook on Mac. After several hours (at least 1 time per day) when opening Outlook, the Okta Authentication will pop up asking to sign in.
This is daily and none of the other employees are experiencing this issue. I too have a MacBook Pro running Outlook and I never recieve this pop up for Outlook App.
Keep in mind everyone has the same Okta policy as well in Okta.
Anyone happen to know what may be causing this.
