Why is it that if I enter Okta through the app that it always makes me go through the complete login even though I hit “remember this device for the next 60 days”
It never remembers my device and its quite annoying.
Hi Danny Post,
The option to "Remember this device" just adds a browser cookie. The user will be requested again if they remove their browser cache. You can set specific Sign on policies based on user's IP address to mitigate the issue.
Okay - so can you guide me on what I need to change in my setttings so that it will actually remember device when I select that option.
