trying to do a POC on a new project that involves Radius authentication.
We currently have Okta Radius agent installed & working with our existing VPN on port 1812 and a remote AP configured to use 1645.
In order to use this agent with our project (involving a parallel VPN endpoint) can I use any other port in a new app setup? Is there a recommended port.\?

Hello
Thanks for posting.
Okta RADIUS support can distinguish between different RADIUS-enabled apps and support them concurrently by setting up an Okta RADIUS app for each configuration. Additionally, the Okta RADIUS application supports policy creation and assignment of the application to groups.
RADIUS-enabled apps are easy to manage, as Admins can manage all of these apps and infrastructure configurations from the Okta Admin Console.
RADIUS Agent v2.5.0 and higher adds the ability to support multiple ports simultaneously and uses an app-based model in the Okta admin interface.
This means that the agent will retrieve all the information required from the app, port number, shared secret, and OTP-only configuration.
Therefore, there is no need for setting up the port on the RADIUS server for secondary applications.
Let us know if this helps you.
