We have this error persisting since two days, few of our AD mastered users are unable to sign in and left with the error - "DEL_AUTH_TIMEOUT" in their log events. We tried upgrading our AD agents to latest version 3.9.0 , enable verbose logging in the servers still the error seems to persist.
Can someone help with a solution fix to this error???

Hello Natalia, that link you have doesn't help us in any way. We do not have any thumbnails or profile photos attached to any of our users who had faced the mentioned error issue.
Same we have, how to fix?
