Do you have a group that is assigning the application in question? If so you can do something like this:

Hey Chad. Unfortunately no we don't have a group providing access to the application.

App1 (Paylocity) has provisioning setup and is hidden from users. The provisioning process automatically grabs and assigns the users.

App2 (also Paylocity) would be accessible to users. Just need a way of getting the users from App1 to App2 automatically.

Do you source your users from App1?

I guess my question is, does everyone have App1? If so, you can set App2 to be assigned to Everyone group. Sorry, I'm not too keen on Okta expressions just trying to give suggestions.

Thanks for responding Chad. Unfortunately no not everyone in the organization would have App1. So we wouldn't be able to get away with assigning it to the everyone group. Thank you though for the thought.

    Create a Workflow like this:

imageI whipped this up really quickly so you'll have to test it and perhaps modify it but this should accomplish what you want.

To get the group ID, open the group in Okta and take it from the URL:
