Hi team,
Is there a possibility to set up a 4 eye check for when an Okta admin creates/edit a new user profile, for that change to be validated by another admin before being processed ?

Thank you for posting, You can use the Self Service feature, once this has been enabled you can configure the approval workflow, this gives business application owners the ability to grant access and assign entitlements to end-users.
