Our company's only Super Admin resigned prior to granting Super Admin access to any other users. We need access his account/create other Super Admins and Admins. Please advise. Thanks in advance!

Is there any generic Super Admin Account? You can log in using that and then create a new Super admin account.
If you don't have any other Super admin account, my recommendation would be to open a support case for this issue. While it's ideal to open a case in the Okta Help Center, allowing you to better manage your cases, you can also open a case by simply emailing support@okta.com or calling 1-800-219-0964.
