    I want to provide updated information on how to deactivate an Okta free trial and hope this helps to address the request.

     

    • Non-admins: please contact your Okta admin, or whomever set up your free trial account.
    • Admins: on this page, select the green "Get Support" button the click on Open a Case. You will be prompted to enter your Okta credentials. From there, you can submit a request to have your free trial account deactivated.

    in this situation, you need to contact support@okta.com and ask them to deactivate it because unfortunately there is no option to perform this yourself as an admin.
