I am currently studying for Okta Professional certification, and I was on a 30-day free trial. My trial is set to expire in a few days. How can i get another account to continue my studies

If you want to create a new trial org with the same email address, you will first need to decommission the initial one. For that, please email us at community@okta.com with the URL of the org you are decommissioning and the email address of the Super Admin account. Once it is done, we will let you know, and you should be able to create another org.
Alternatively, if you have an Account Executive, you could ask them about the possibility of extending the lifespan of your current trial org.
