    Thanks for posting.

     

    I noticed that you created a Support Ticket and the issue is solved now. However, I will place here some steps to resolve it for the Community further references.

     

    1- Go to the Admin dashboard -> Settings -> Downloads and under the End User Browser Plugins section click the Download Latest button next to Internet Explorer (Windows Installer) and install this.

     

    2- Reset the Plugin on the same client's PC and test it again after restarting the browser. If this will not work, try to completely uninstall and re-install the Okta Browser Plugin (the .msi package)

     

    3- from your Okta Admin dashboard, please go to Customizations -> Other -> Okta Browser Plugin and verify if the 'Hide plugin installation/upgrade messages from end users' option is set to Yes or No;

    - if it's set to No, please switch it to Yes, and test again.
