answer unlock account question?

Hello, I am having issues trying to log into myGWC. This is my first time logging in with the new system and its already locked my account. Its asking me to answer unlock account question when i have not even set up one yet. What can i do? i need to log in before the 10th

    Thank you for posting your question. 

    in this scenario, you can contact an Okta admin to have your password reset. this can be done by pulling up your user's profile in the Okta admin console and clicking the "Reset Password" button.

    Once you have been able to log in, you will need to go to your Okta dashboard, navigate to the Settings page, and then there will be a "Forgot Password Question" box where you can change your security question/answer.
