i was trying to reset my password for my okta log in. it keep on saying that, the password i had inter for my pervious password is not on file. which i had the same password for 6 months. so i have no idea what password is on file but i do need my password to be reset for security purposes.

While Okta provides the Product (IAM, SSO, Okta Verify etc.), individual account management and access policies are handled by your company or service provider.
Please reach out to your company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can review the matter and provide further assistance.
