I have a few questions regarding to the Custom Authorization Servers

• Do the Rate Limits posted here: https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference/rate-limits/ apply to Custom Authorization Servers? (I am interested in knowing about the Rate Limits of User authentication and Machine-To-Machine Applications)

In this doc: https://developer.okta.com/docs/concepts/auth-servers/*which-authorization-server-should-you-use specifies that a Custom Authorization Server has capabilities to support Machine-To-Machine or Microservices.

• How many Custom Authorization Servers can I have in my Okta organization?
• How many Machine-To-Machine applications can I have with a Custom Authorization Server?
• Does it cost to have Custom Authorization Servers? If so, Where can I find the information on that?

I have searched the documentation for the answers, but unfortunately found nothing relevant.

I would greatly appreciate if you could provide me with the links to the documentation to get answers to those questions.
