One of my end-users got locked out of her account. I unlocked it, and we attempted to reset the password together, but we are stuck at a security question that she can't remember the answer to. Can I reset the security question? Or is there another way to reset her password without hitting the security question at all?

If this is the security question for multi-factor authentication, within the user profile in OKTA, there is a "Reset Multifactor" button next to "More actions" drown down, this will allow you to proceed and reset the security question.
