We're implementing Okta CIAM for our application that our customer interface with and we are trying to use a custom password reset flow where the user does not have to use security questions to reset their password. The flow that we're looking for is the following:
- User clicks forgot password
- Password reset email sent to user
- User clicks email link to open password reset screen
- User resets password
how can one set this up in Okta?

Hi Ronak,
This can be configured under Security>Authentication>Password, in the password policy there should be an option called "Additional self-service recovery option".
If this option would not be available in the Password policy, there would be a feature flag that would make it available. If this would be the case, I would suggest filing a ticket to Okta support in order for this to be enabled.
