I'm locked outside my developer account because I can't reset my password

Rookie mistake here: I've changed my password for the production environment and I lost the saved password that grant me access to my https://dev-12977375.okta.com/

 

When I ask to reset the password, I receive an email like this:

 

okta-dev-12977375 - Okta Password Reset RequestedHi Rubens,A password reset request was made for your Okta account. If you did not make this request, please contact your system administrator immediately.At this time your password can only be reset by an administrator. To send them a request, go to your Sign-in Help page. Then click the Request help link.

 

How can I get my access back? Do I need to trash this account and create a new one?
