Hello, I have a user who is constantly receiving the notification email every time they use MFA. On a computer they have logged in to many times, every login triggers the email about a sign-in from a new or unrecognized device.
Any thoughts?

@User16308869954358539580 (Okta) I'm not sure you've answered the query here, the user (like myself) is enquiring about users receiving multiple email notifications for new devices when only a single device is in use and has been used to log into Okta multiple times before. Checking if the option is enabled doesn't really help, the option is clearly enabled but some users are getting effectively spammed every time they sign into an Okta application using the same device.
Has there not been a solution provided for this yet? Here it is June of 2022 and our users are experiencing the exact same issue. OKTA effectively does not "remember" devices users are using to sign into OKTA governed sites/applications, causing a high number of the "New sign-in notification" emails to be sent, and concerning users that it's suspicious since OKTA does not include the signed into site/app in the email.
