My user name is my old email and I would like to change that and my email. How do I change it?

Thanks for posting.
If the user is Okta Mastered you can change the Username and Email signing to Okta as Administrator and go to:
Directory > People > Select the user > Profile > Edit
If the user is not Okta Mastered the best option is to change either on the Directory or the App where it is sourced, and that will replicate on the Apps it has assigned.
