Our task notifications for Okta user account changes are currently tied to the email that our Service Desk software is on. This generates a bunch of unnecessary tickets that frequently get closed with no "resolution" because we're the ones doing the permission changes. I cannot find in the Okta admin account any task notifications options. Is there a location for this?
