Error when install Ad agent in Window Server 2008 R2 (VMWare)

I am using Windows in Virtual Machine, I login into Okta with super admin after it I download the agent for active directory, when I start install, it give me the error that need domain administration:

Error : Unable to read AD domain information.Please ensure that you are a Domain Administration before running the installer.

I saw some post but don't have any solve.

    Hi,

    Looks like you are logged into the host server using local user account.

    To install the AD Agent on the server, you need to login with domain user account.

     

    Verify if the following steps have been taken care:

    1.      The server should be member of the AD domain

    Option-1

    2.       Service account (domain user account) with local administrator privilege

    3.      Log into host server with domain user account (ensure local administrator privilege granted to domain account for run the agent) and install it. During the installation provide the service account credential (domain account)

    4.      Service account with domain administrator Privilege

    a)      Login to host server with domain administrator account and install the agent.

    b)     During installation choose for auto creation of Service account
