LauraM.08089 (American Express Global Business Travel) asked a question.
Under Settings->Edit Profile->Change Password ---- When a user enters their old password followed by the new password X 2, they get a flash on the screen that says "Password Changed Successfully" but it only displays for 4-5 seconds, then it disappears, and the user is taken back to the same screen that is asking for the old password followed by the new password. We have found that our end users are missing this message that displays, and due to this, they think nothing changed, so they enter the old password again, followed by the new password, but obviously the password was already changed, and then they get an error page.
Is there any way to just leave this message on that page for that particular password change session?
Do others have this issue? We find people are always multi-tasking, and if there eyes are not focused for that 4-5 second duration, they are clueless that the password actually changed.

Hello, @LauraM.08089 (American Express Global Business Travel)
Currently Okta does not have this capability. You can suggest this on the Okta Ideas portal by using the 'Feedback' option at the bottom of the Okta admin console, once on the Community page go to Ideas→Post Idea. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members of the community, therefore making it much easier for the engineering team to understand the priorities that you have for feature requests.
