Are there any logs available to confirm if 'Email change confirmation' message was sent to the users by Okta. The reports & logs available within Okta does not provide this information. Is there any other way for Okta to check the Sendgrid data

Hi Saurabh Bansal, this is Stephanie from Okta Support. If you are sending to your own users, you should be able to check your mail gateway logs to determine if the message was received. If not, here at Support we can try searching for it. Let me know if you need any help with that from our end. We would be able to tell you if the message was received by the recipient gateway, or if it was rejected.
