Hi
We are trying to integrate SF sandbox with Okta ,followed all instructions given for SSO settings but when tried to assign SF to user, once user selected second window pops up as expected with details but it's not showing me full page where i can click "Save and Go" . Is there anything that I am missing here. Would really appreciate any info.

So this happens when you asign the app to an user in okta?

Thank you for reaching out , yes it's happening when I am trying to assign DEV SF app to user in Okta. When second screen pops up normally it should let us edit info on that page and we scroll and save to complete the assignment but the screen that I am getting is totally greyed out and no option to save. Please refer ss.
