Is there a place inside the Admin portal to remove an IP addresses that have been blocked by ThreatInsight?

Hi Edwin,
There isn't anywhere that you can specifically remove an IP that's blocked by ThreatInsight.
You could try logging a support ticket.
I think you will need to investigate why you're being blocked.
If you need a workaround. You can create a network zone and put the IP address(es) into that. Please ensure you perform due diligence before doing so.
