    Hi Edwin,

     

    There isn't anywhere that you can specifically remove an IP that's blocked by ThreatInsight.

     

    You could try logging a support ticket.

    I think you will need to investigate why you're being blocked.

     

    If you need a workaround. You can create a network zone and put the IP address(es) into that. Please ensure you perform due diligence before doing so.
