how do you create a sandbox preview?

Radu here with Okta customer support, thank you for reaching out to us about this.
In order to accommodate your request, please feel free to send an email to support@okta.com from the address linked to your super Administrator account and specify the following:
Designated Super Administrator account (full name and email)
Subdomain for the new org.
Contract number for the new org to be linked to.
If entitled to a specific region like EMEA then, please let us know that information as well.
Also if you would like to use an already existing org as a template for the sandbox org then this is also a possibility.
