We are trying to leverage Okta to authenticate to VMWare Horizon, and have followed the documentation here: https://help.okta.com/en/prev/Content/Topics/integrations/vmware-horizon-radius-intg-app.htm. However we so fare have not had a successful test. The logs in Okta alternatively say "No matching user is assigned to Radius App VMWare Horizon View" when I enter my Okta username or "Login Failed" when I enter whatever I set up to be the application username format. The logs on the Okta Radius server and in VMWare are unhelpful saying "Access Denied. Invalid creds?" and "Audit Failure" no matter what respectively. Any ideas?

Hi Nathaniel,
Thank you for reaching out on our community portal, my name is Andrei from Okta support.
I would suggest to check the radius agent connection with NTRadPing to make sure the connection is working. For this you could follow our documentation in the link bellow:
https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/How-to-test-if-Okta-RADIUS-Agent-RADIUS-application-is-working-properly-with-NTRadPing?language=en_US
I would also suggest to double check if the the secret key is matching in the Okta application and in VMWare as well.
This issue could be also caused by the fact that the app username profile in the Okta application is not matching the user in the application. Kindly check if those would match as well.
If you are still facing issues with your integration I would suggest to open a ticket with Okta support so we could further investigate into the behavior that we are currently facing.
Thank you
