Can't get Update User (okta workflow) to work

Our HRIS doesn't list manager email, so I'm looking up a user's manager, then looking up the manager, then grabbing the manager's email and trying to update the user.

 

I'm getting a 404 error code back. The update user card has "partial" selected and I unchecked "Pass Empty Values". I'm passing in the user ID and Manager's email.

    Thank you for posting the question. I would recommend opening a Support case with Okta to review this issue and perform troubleshooting over a screen sharing session. Please also mention if you face a 404 error with just one Okta Push card or multiple Okta push cards in Workflows.
