OKTA Verify - Factory Reset Android Phone

An android phone requires a factory reset to resolve some issues unrelated to OKTA Verify. Is there any way to backup and restore the OKTA verify accounts without having to re-enrol. The phone has over 150 accounts and the user would rather not have to re-enrol after the factory reset.

 

NOTE: This would be a controlled factory reset, not a 'lost/new phone' or 'accidental app deletion' or 'accidental factory reset'. If this can't be done the user will have to persist with the other issues on the phone.
