Hello! I was wondering is it possible to make multiple email templates for different user groups. For example, I have multiple websites with sign in widgets and I want to customize "Forgot password" templates to be styled individually for each website. Is it possible to do with Okta?

Thank you for contacting Okta Support. My name is Paul and I will be assisting you on this question. After reading the problem description I understand that you'd like to configure separate user Forgot Password Email templates and send them based on user's group membership.
After looking into this requirement, at this moment we're unable to accomplish this. Custom user emails templates are limited to a single version per tenant. We can't configure multiple versions on a single tenant. I suggest you add this as a feature request at Okta Ideas.
