I have use case, where i Wil have multiple customer which will login via my okta, now the problem is how to handle:
- If users across multiple tenants have same email?
- How to handle communication emails even if login unique identifier is updated to some unique attribute?
- What is the feasible solution, if any?

This issue seems too complex to be addressed here. It depends on the configuration of the orgs involved. I recommend that you open a Support ticket (Customer Support Account ID number required) so one of our engineers can analyze it and provide in-depth troubleshooting.
