SteveB.68489 (Customer) asked a question.
I am new to Okta and I am testing out different MFA policy and rules and trying to get the setting to not ask for the MFA on a device that has been approved the first time logging in.
Every time I login and checkmark the box that reads "Do not challenge me on this device again", then it asks to setup a PIN. which I do. The next time I log in I have to go through the same process. So what do I need to change to get the device to recognize that it is an approved device and not ask for the MFA verification (Okta Verify or Google Auth)?
Thanks for any help!
Steve

Thx...Steve
I figured it out. It will ask for the PIN only if I do not "sign out" of the app. I can close the app and reopen and then it only asks for the PIN. If I "sign out" then I will have to re-enter the Google Auth MFA number.
If there is a way to have this work when you sign out let me know. Thanks!!
