When a user enters their phone number in the Okta End-User Dashboard (under Personal Information / not MFA), are there any validation checks to ensure the phone number is properly formatted (ie, E. 164 or NANP)? If so, is there a way to enable it?

Thank you for posting on our community portal.
Currently Okta does not perform any validation on the Primary phone or Mobile phone attributes since they are simply string properties of the user object.
