Change Email Domain Not Available

Hello! I am interested in changing our email domain like in this article:

Problem is that I don't have the Sender option when I go to Settings > Email & SMS. Is this a special feature that needs to be requested or enabled?

    Regarding your questions, yes, there is a specific feature, that you may need to request, that has to be enabled in order to have this Sender Email Domain option available.
