I originally had my iPhone and Apple watch properly functioning with Okta. In particular when authenticating, I would get at tap on my watch, lift it, and be able to select "Yes, it's me".
I then replaced my iPhone with an iPhone 12 mini. Now, I no longer get the tap or the ability to make the selection on my watch. If I open the Okta app on the watch, then I can make the selection. I have Okta on my watch set up to mirror iPhone alerts.

First, log in to Okta on your computer. After you’re logged in, go to your name on the top-right, select Settings, and then scroll down to the Extra Verification section, select Reset next to Okta Verify Mobile App. Select Yes to revoke the old token. After that, you'll need to enter your password.
If the issue is still ongoing after performing the above, please open a support ticket in order to investigate further.
I need Okla with two organisations. Every time I upgrade a device I need to phone them. Just upgraded phone now Watch no longer has verify message. If I follow your instructions, as I don't have an Okla account (its SSO) won't it delete all settings? This needs fixing!
