Is it possible to have okta alert me when a specific event has a failure?
As of right now, Okta won't directly alert you on events not specified in Okta Admin -> Settings -> Account under the Admin Email Notification. You'd need to integrate with a SIEM tool like Splunk, Sumo Logic, LogRhythm, QRader, etc to be able to notify on custom events that occur in the Okta logs.
