When I change the model of my mobile phone, I forget to transfer the data of OKTA, and I do not receive the push notification, so I cannot change the PW of office365. When I asked my boss for a backup MFA record, I was told I didn't know how to do it. What should I do?

You can have your factors reset by your admin. Once it's reset, you'll need to re-enroll the factor. It's smart to go to your settings and enroll something that can be used as a backup factor (depending on what's allowable).
