    Hi Piyush!

When you try to use Okta from a new device, often times there are steps to take on the Admin side of things to ensure that the Okta platform recognizes the device. If your Org uses device trust, steps to register the new device will need to be taken. Below is an example for an iOS device:

    https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Mobile/Okta_Device_Trust_Native_Apps_Safari_MDM_Devices.htm

If your org does not use device trust, and you're having issues with MFA, you will need to ask your Administrator to reset your MFA profile so you can re-enroll in the MFA types on the new device.

If you require further assistance, we would urge you to share your full use-case by opening a support ticket and we'll be happy to look into it further for you.

    Best regards,

    Brandon Wendorf
