I am the Okta Admin but the Okta app mistakenly got uninstalled from my phone. I can't now access Okta since I don't have the QR code to set up it again. All options are hidden without a Verify code. What do I do now?

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
Based on the information provided, the best route to pursue would be to reach out to another Okta Admin from your organisation that has the permissions to reset your Okta Verify in order for you to be able to re-enroll your device.
In case you are the only Admin on your Okta tenant, I would recommend to contact the Okta support team to be able to access your Okta environment.
