aljyx (aljyx) asked a question.
I run a Mac environment in my office. I'm not super tech savvy. Today, the majority of my Okta plugins just stopped working automatically. I can still manually "copy & paste" the user IDs and passwords, but that's really inconvenient.
Is this a Mac issue (maybe a systematic overnight upgrade)? Is this an Okta thing? I don't know where to start to fix it.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for any insight you might share!

Hi Jack,
Thank you for contacting Okta Support!
Please verify that the Okta Browser Plugin is installed: https://help.okta.com/eu/en-us/Content/Topics/end-user/plugin-download_install.htm?cshid=ext-plugin-download-install
If it is already installed, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling.
It is suggested to install the plugin in multiple browsers and see if the behavior is different.
Next, I suggest navigating to Okta Browser Plugin settings by navigating to Extensions in your browser and checking the Password Management section. Verify Disable browser password prompts is enabled. For more information, please see: https://help.okta.com/en-us/Content/Topics/Browser-Plugin/plugin-prevent-browser-saving-credentials.htm
Please let me know if this helps or if you require additional assistance.
Thank you,
Paul
