    Hello, 

     

    There's a couple of scenarios where I have seen this happening, one of them would be with time and date sync but you mentioned you have already checked it, so that leaves us with the issue is caused by the device itself, there is not a known issue related to this manufacturer or device version itself. I would recommend to try enrolling a different account on the same device to confirm if the issue is caused by the device, and also to uninstall and install Okta verify app. If the issue is still present I would recommend to open a case to further investigate this.
