Our requirement is either completely disable end user dashboard which is provided by OKTA or call our own custom portal instead of default OKTA end user dashboard. Is there any way to replace the existing OKTA end user portal from custom portal completely or disable it?
If yes then how?

Thanks for your reply, but we already have this setting.
My use case is different: For example: Any user who is valid in OKTA and try to access OKTA tenant, which is valid URL then by default user will redirect on end user dashboard(if not having admin permission) and this is what we are looking to avoid user redirects on OKTA end user self-service page. We are looking to redirect person on custom page. Is there any way if user try to access OKTA Tenant URL can be redirected to custom page?
May be you have a question, why tenant URL is exposed? Tenant URL is not exposed to end user but this is accessible internally within organization and we don't want anyone to access EndUser self-service page.

Did you ever find a way to do this? I have the same issue. Users should not be allowed to edit their profile in the Okta portal.

you can do it, now OKTA has created end user dashboad as a app where you can apply policy who can access it or not.
Ok, thanks, but there does not seem to be a way to specify where users go instead, so it appears to be only solve half the problem.
