Disclaimer in end-user dashboard
How can I add a Disclaimer sentence/script in the end-user Dashboard?

You can change the heading of the sign-in page and put the discalimer there.
You can go to Stettings> Customization> Sign-in Page.
For the dashboard there is no option yet, however you can submit that as an Idea on our OktaIdeas portal
