How to tell if we already have the new end user dashboard enabled for the entire org and if not how to do so? The okta instructions are so incredibly confusing and frustrating none of it makes sense

Was looking for the same. I know I have it enabled because I am using it and some others are as well, but I don't see the "Disable access to the old end user dashboard and plugin" box in my admin pages anywhere.

I'm having the same issue - I'm reading the Okta instructions and I can't figure this out either. The procedure / instructions are very confusing. I'd like to be notified when this has been resolved, so I can finish this task. Thank you Michael.
